Enlightened Organizations!
Tom Morris, in his book, "If Aristotle Ran General Motors", has presented a case for "a new ethics in business and for a workplace where openness and Integrity are the rule rather than the exception".
He goes further and shows that "any company that is serious about attaining true excellence must adhere to four timeless virtues first identified by Aristotle more than two thousand years ago: Truth, Beauty, Goodness, and Unity".
Enlightened Organizations! Anyone?

You are right and it may be the next most important change in the way the companies operate. I am also seeing increasing cases where integrity is being talked about and being practiced. My current company operates on 10 core values and "Integrity without Compromise" is the first and most important one. There has been cases where the company has taken all exceptions and had not tolerated even a single instance of compromise with the integrity.
On another note, I was watching Al Pacino starrer "Scent of a Woman" a few days back and in one of the scenes, he (Al Pacino) says that Integrity and Courage are the things required to become a Leader. I would fully agree to this.
